The use of digital technologies in the management of housing and communal services development

The digital transformation of public administration is one of the most discussed topics in the academic environment and among practitioners. The result of such a transformation in the housing and communal services sector should be an improvement in the quality of life of the population in "smart cities" by reducing the financial burden on customers, operators and service providers in this area. The purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of the implementation of the Smart City project in the housing and communal services sector. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: literature analysis and statistical data analysis. The article reveals the main issues related to the development of the Smart Housing and Communal Services project: the regulatory and organizational foundations for the implementation of smart housing and communal services projects, the practice of project implementation and their evaluation.
