The aim of this work is to generalize and systematize Russian management practices based on false scientific theories. Examples of such destructive state policy in modern Russia include the following: orientation to post-industrialism as the General direction of structural policy; insufficient monetization of the economy; implementation of the theory of liberalism, reflected in the reduction of state regulation of socio-economic processes, excessive openness of the national economy. It is illustrated that these concepts and concepts were introduced into Russian state practice from the outside (in particular, they were recommended for implementation by the International monetary Fund). The authors show that the introduction of these false concepts into management practice has led to a weakening of the country’s significant potential, and as a result, to a significant lag in Russia’s GDP level from the world leaders. In the process of research, General scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, and analogy.
