The article deals with the natural and scientific foundations of physical education, the use and use of which in combination makes it possible to improve the efficiency of physical education. So the teacher (trainer) in physical culture should have extensive knowledge in the field of pedagogy, psychology, anatomy, physiology. The process of physical education is not simple, but is a rather complex and lengthy pedagogical process.
