Using of public-private partnership in Russia: analysis of advantages and prospects

This article discusses the advantages and prospects for using public-private partnerships in the Russian Federation. Indicators in the field of PPP are analyzed: market dynamics, implementation of projects in the main infrastructure areas, the total volume of PPP-investments distributed by implementation levels, etc. are examined. Based on the analysis, conclusions and recommendations are formulated, and a justification for the need for the use and active development of PPP-financing.
