Using boundary methods to assess the efficiency of the banking system

Recently, studies on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the banking system have used the concept of “frontier efficiency”, it allows you to determine the effectiveness of banks relative to the best practices in the banking industry, while paying great attention to banking technology and the behavior of market entities. This paper is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of the banking system by the boundary method of assessing its individual subjects and subsequent analysis of the entire system based on the estimates obtained.
