HR analytics attracts the attention of many companies and researchers from around the world. The development of technologies for collecting and analyzing data in personnel management has led to the creation of special tools that can influence key decisions in the field of human resources management. HR analytics is also used during strategic business decisions. The peculiarities of modern HR analytics are cleared up and its taking managerial decisions role is determined in this article. Also strong points and difficulties of HR analytics application are drawn out in native firms’ praxis.
