Use of identification data for criminal purposes: issues of differentiation of crimes (art. 158, 159, 159.3, 159.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

This article considers the criminal legal aspects of the criminal use of identification data, discloses the issues of differentiation of criminal liability for crimes provided for in Articles 158, 159, 159.3, 159.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the various problems that arise in law enforcement practice.
