Use of social development indicators for evaluation of asymmetry in social and economic development of territories (on the example of municipal areas of Krasnoyarsk region)

The paper considers possibility to use territories of modified indicator «the index of human potential development» as the indicators for evaluation of asymmetry in social and economic development of territories. Estimations are made on the basis of data of municipal areas of Krasnoyarsk region.
