In the modern economy, highly qualified personnel serve as a so-called lever that can push machine-building enterprises to a constant movement forward, and any stoppage can provoke losses in technology and positions in the market as a whole, which in the future may provoke bankruptcy. The level of development of modern higher education serves as an indicator of the development, modernization and development of a set of measures for the effective use of the innovative potential of the agro-industrial enterprise to ensure its long-term development. During the crisis, the imposition of various types of restrictions, including sanctions, a high level of qualified personnel capable of making changes in the existing technological process aimed at modernization and import substitution is becoming increasingly important for the domestic economy and the development of the country as a whole. At the present time, a system of open education is being introduced to address the emerging shortage of staff, as well as to improve their skills on the job by many higher education institutions. It allows you to study the theoretical course of the material in your spare time and pass seminars and practical courrses. Based on the results of successful results of the final testing, the listener is given a certificate of the leading higher educationaql institution. The article deals with the existing open education platforms, the structure and their main principles of work. The analysis of training on a concrete example is conducted, advantages and disadvantages are revealed, realizable systems of personnel training for machine-building enterprises. To solve the identified problems, it is suggested to make appropriate adjustments to existing education platforms.
