In this article problems in use of information technologies in marketing activity are considered. Arguments which prove relevance of this perspective are adduced. It is shown how first of all modern technologies in marketing activity are necessary. The problems existing in marketing at application of innovations are revealed and proved, solutions (development plans) in concrete problem situations are presented and offered.
