The article substantiates the need to use information technology in the management of organizations. The tasks solved by information technologies in management and the directions of their use are revealed. The process of introducing information technologies into the organization's management system is considered and the criteria for choosing specific IT systems are identified. It is concluded that it is necessary to prevent personnel risk and ensure information security.
