Innovative capacity of management of career of team of top managers is considered. The three-ball scale of measurement of innovative potential is offered. The condition of innovative potential is diagnosed, as low, normal and high. Conclusions on disclosure of innovative potential of subprocess management of career of team top-managers are drawn. Structural changes in quality of the generator of growth are analysed. Need of maintenance of innovative potential of subprocess of management of team by means of continuous professional development of members of is emphasized.
