The use of innovative technologies of personnel management in the activities of local authorities

The article considers personnel as one of the leading productive forces of society at the level of local governments. Many personnel processes in local government are particularly important because these bodies are always in the spotlight. Implementation of innovative approaches and technologies in local government has a significant impact on the lives of the population and economic development of the country. As a result of the study the most relevant mechanisms and proposals for the introduction of innovative approaches in the work with personnel potential of local government and the need for wider and fuller use of opportunities available at the local level and the implementation of existing practices of public authorities and the commercial sector of the economy are highlighted. It is suggested that the allocation of the remote format of work will provide new opportunities that expand human capacity.
