Using the tools of lean technologies to improve staff motivation in the organization

The article considers the essence of lean technologies, identifies losses for the organization and presents the experience of implementing lean technologies. The examples of implementation of the 5s system, standardization, system of proposals for improvement and quality circles show ways to increase the motivation of each employee in the organization. The conclusion is the need to use lean technology tools to increase the motivation of the organization's staff.
