Application of internet resources as a condition of formation of the informational legal competence of the university students

The article discusses the problem of formation of the informational legal competence of the university students by means of information technologies. The author presents the results of researches concerned with the usage of the Internet resources in the process of legal subjects learning by higher school students with major in economics. The mechanism of interaction of the educational process participants is considered. The paper designates the problems of the Internet resources usage in the educational process and determines the promising areas of the vocational education informatization. The author also describes the methodological and prognostic aspects of the education science development, concerned with the introduction of the modern information resources of open educational systems with telecommunications access.
