Political Culture of the Russian Emigration has been a public phenomenon reflected in the periodicals, monographs, essays, etc. Perspective of the emigrants’ political literature was determined by the ideas and thoughts that the Russians were occupied by, the people who had to become refugees. Some of them tried to understand backgrounds and meanings of the revolution, its role in statehood; the others saw destructive part of the phenomenon.
