The use of the electrophoretic spectra of the enzymes of wild soybean as markers of biochemical adaptation process to cultivating conditions

The influence of cultivating conditions on electrophoretic spectra of enzymes of the basic metabolic ways in six lines of wild soybean was investigated with the help of the method of enzyme-electrophoresis. It was found out that the increase of quantity of precipitations or air temperature cause the increase in heterogeneity of the studied enzymes, which favours the best adaptation of wild soybean to unfavourable cultivating conditions.
