Use of electronic resources in notarial activities in Russia and the EU countries

In the article the author examines network resources and electronic technologies used in notarial activities in the EU countries and in Russia, and analyzes the possibilities and prospects for applying foreign technical solutions to improve the effectiveness of notarial activities in Russia and the development of international cooperation.
