Use of cathodoluminescent light sources for greenhouses

This article provides an overview of the design and technology of various types of light sources that can be useful in agriculture for lighting plants. Several examples of light sources used for growing seedlings, increasing the yield of vegetable and garden crops are described, from which cathodoluminescent light sources with an autocathode based on carbon nanostructured materials can have a wide spectral range suitable for greenhouses for various purposes. The main factors that determine the radiation intensity of cathodoluminophores, as well as ways to increase the brightness of field emission light sources are considered.
