The use of compromises in the investigation of drug trafficking crimes

Бесплатный доступ

Based on the analysis of a significant number of dissertation studies, monographs, textbooks and judicial and investigative practice, the need to include in the structure of forensic techniques for the investigation of drug crimes scientific recommendations for achieving compromises of the prosecution and defense parties is argued. Their use in the investigation of crimes committed by organised criminal groups and drug associations appears to be most effective. It is noted that the achievement of compromises may contribute to a) the formation of a complete evidence base in a criminal case, b) the establishment of additional episodes of criminal activity of the suspect (accused), c) bringing new participants of the criminal act to justice, d) the discovery of previously concealed batches of drugs, e) the detection of new crimes.
