The objective of the study is to determine effective methods of labor organization at enterprises of the aerospace industry. The modern labor market requires universal and “flexible” workers, endowed with broad basic knowledge that will allow to understand the production process as a whole. The authors propose to use coaching to gain new opportunities to solve various problems and adapt to changes and innovations. Simple work practice is sufficient for professional qualification of modern workers, but before that, comprehensive basic training and frequent retraining are required, which can be based on a coaching system along with traditional forms of retraining. It is proposed to use a model of flexible specialization in space, taking into account its main components: professional competencies, intensity and mechanisms of influence. As a mechanism of influence (in the presence of alternative options), it is proposed to integrate coaching with other mechanisms that ensure the improvement of professional competencies of aerospace industry workers. The coaching process involves going through several successive stages: defining clear goals of mentoring, establishing rules of interaction between the employee and the accompanying mentor; identification of the professional and creative potential of the employee. In the process of research, the needs of employees and their compliance with the needs of the enterprise are studied; ways of achieving goals are determined taking into account human resources; a lesson plan is developed, methods and terms of mentoring are determined; control and support of the employee in the implementation of the tasks set before him to improve his professional level. The management of the enterprise should carefully consider the formation of a mechanism for ensuring the improvement of professional competencies of employees, bypassing conventions and stereotypes to the collective construction of transversalities, stimulating organizational transformations (open to innovations) in the field of developing skills for the adoption of new technologies in the aerospace industry.
