The use of laser scanners for tank calibration

This article discusses the selection of the most suitable laser scanner for use in tank calibration. The existing methods are outlined and it is justified why laser scanners are best suited for this procedure. The most frequently used laser scanners and their characteristics are given. Further, their comparative analysis is carried out and a recommendation for use is given.
