The use of logistical information systems by the small and average enterprises at the present stage of economic development

The article is devoted to the problems of development and implementation of information systems at the small and average enterprises under developed economic conditions. The author considers principal causes which reduce efficiency of introduction and use of information technologies for support of business processes of the enterprise. The use of information resources and the technologies increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise are revealed.
