Use of the ECG monitoring method in preparing for the delivery of TRP regulations

the article describes the results of the implementation of the ECG control method in the process of preparing the team of the Birilli region for passing the TRP standards. In the course of the study on the preparation of the team of the Birilius district in the all-around VFSK GTO 2019, the ECG control method was used using the ECG Dongle card drive. A training plan designed for 10 lessons has been developed.
