The use of psychological portrait method during exposure assassinations

The possibilities of use of psychological portraiting method in operational and detective activity during the exposure assassinations are considered. The proposed algorithm of practical use of given method is presented. There was substantiated the necessity of study of materials of exposed criminal cases with the object of revelation of stable connections between offenders personality features and criminal characteristic of crimes, performed by them, and creation of typical psychological-criminal portraits, which represent totality of features of personality and behavior of offender manifesting itself in his criminal activity. The description of personality characteristics of different categories of criminals involved in perpetration of assassinations in the field of domestic, employer (financial operations), criminal business are presented.
