The use of qualimetry methods for determination of the level of professional compliance officer

The content of this article is the analysis of scientific methods on the basis of which it is advisable to evaluate professional competence of the applicant, and after, on this ground to define the level of personal professional compliance. The author pays attention to expert qualimetry, and probably-statistical one. Developed complex index of Official Quality Score, as well as a method of determining the level of professional compliance.
