The use of methods for evaluating statistical information on data on power outages in the Orel region

Power supply processes are characterized by large streams of data on the parameters of the operating modes of electric networks, electricity consumption, indicators of electricity quality, reliability and many others. Most of this data can be used for additional processing, which will make it possible to make forecasts for the development of power supply systems, assess their condition, and develop measures to improve the reliability of power supply and the quality of electricity. The constant increase in the level of digitalization requires new methods and analysis tools, because traditional ones do not always take into account the specifics of digital signals in due volume. The analysis of the possibility of using data on outages in electric power networks for processing by methods of evaluating statistical information is carried out. The fundamental evaluation methods are investigated, taking into account the characteristics of the power supply data, followed by testing of the obtained data. Using the example of the C# programming language and the platform.Net has designed a software tool for analyzing data on power outages, the results of the analysis are given on the example of 35 kV networks.
