Application of international practice for solving production and consumption waste management problems in the perm region

The article deals with the problem of waste generation of production and consumption in the Perm region. The author gave the main statistical indicators of waste generation, and emphasizes urgency of the issue in the region. She also analyzed the basic principles for solution of the waste management problems in the international practice. The article provides the priority recommendations of forming of the rational system of waste management in the Perm region which is based on the innovative world practice.
