Use of the international social network Interpals at the English language lessons to develop socio-cultural competence of students of senior classes

The article summarizes the experience of using the international social network Interpals at the English language lesson in the 10th grade with the aim of completing the final project assignment on the topic “Different landscapes - different countries”. The possibilities of the network, the advantages and disadvantages of its use in the course of the teaching process are analyzed. Stages of the execution of the project based on the use of the network are considered in detail.
