Using the Kurt Levin model to introduce changes during the COVID-19 pandemic

This article discusses the Kurt Levin model and also the activities carried out in accordance with this model. The implemented changes are demonstrated by the example of the Russian organization NLMK-METIZ LLC during the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cause of which is overcoming difficulties during the crisis and avoiding the occurrence of uncontrollable consequences.
