The article deals with application of the Rasch model for measurement of the latent variables, to which measurement on competences formation OK-8 and ОПК-2 (federal state educational standards for higher vocational education, educational program “Teachers' Training") were attributed. The author explores a subject, if the mentioned competences can be predictors of the mobile educational environment model.
