Using the MPM coupling as a way to reduce losses in rolling production

All gear couplings used in rolling mills have three significant disadvantages that cause accidents and production downtime. Increased maintenance requirements for a large number of couplings are not always possible with continuous and busy rolling mill schedules. In the proposed variant the operational reliability of couplings is increased and the necessity of daily control over their working condition is removed. The use of MPM couplings will provide more stable operation of rolling mills.
