Use of new information technologies in the modern higher education system

The main purpose of the article is to analyze the existing practices of using adaptive learning systems in education and build a conceptual model, taking into account the peculiarities of “Online” learning. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are set: 1) to develop adaptive platforms used in “Online” education systems; , as well as the methodology of data processing algorithms used for this.
