Using descriptions of geographical objects in Olonkho in geography lessons

In this article, the author presents to the readers the features of the use of the Yakut heroic epic, olonkho, in geography lessons. The analysis of geographical descriptions in olonkho "Nyurgun Bootur Rapid", "Mighty Dyagaryma" and "Obstinate Kulun Kullustuur", revealing the images of geographical objects, is carried out: The author notes the role of olonkho in geography lessons for effective mastering of nature features by students.
