Using the experience of the European Union in the development of the integration of the Eurasian Union

At the moment, the EU's experience in the development of the EAIS integration is important not only as a set of applicable practices, but also as a way to take into account the negative experience of European integration. Positive dynamics in the development of nuclear power plants is possible only if a well-thought-out, adequate, multi-level legal policy is implemented as a means of organizing legal life for the purposes of equal cooperation of the member States. The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the European Union is by far the largest, economically strong and promising entity in modern Europe.
