Using the experience of member states of the commonwealth of independent states in the field of inducing drug addicts to treatment and rehabilitation as a means of strengthening the rule of law

Based on the study of the national legislation of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the article reveals the positive experience of using legal means to induce drug addicts who have committed administrative offenses to addiction treatment, as well as to medical and social rehabilitation. The possibility of using such experience as a means of strengthening the rule of law, as well as the feasibility of using foreign experience to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation is substantiated.
