Experience use of special conditions creating for pupils with disabilities in teachers’ training to implement inclusive education

The article presents the experience of special conditions creating for teachers’ training for the implementation of inclusive education (based on the implementation of the complex center project Ugra “Incluversarium”).The set of organizational conditions for ensuring accessibility of educational process, equal access to education for pupils of different nosological groups, taking into account the diversity of special educational needs and individual opportunities, is revealed. The subject of attention is experience sharing of special conditions creating for pupils with disabilities through the implementation of specialized laboratories (offices of the teacher-psychologist, teacher-speech therapist, special education teacher) of the Center “Incluversarium”. A mechanism for the subsequent dissemination of this experience in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra through the development and implementation of an traineeship module for advances training courses is presented.
