The use of organizational innovations in Russian industry

The development of the modern economy in general and industry in particular is based on the acceleration of the innovation process. At the same time, the traditional model of closed innovations is changing to the model of open innovations. This new model itself can be considered as an organizational innovation. The article examines the nature of organizational innovations, their features, as well as the properties of innovative organizations. The specifics of the innovative development of Russian industry are considered.
