In many companies, capitalization management has become an integral part of overall management. It is put at the forefront in the formation of the strategy of development and development of investment projects. To ensure the growth of business value is one of the key tasks that financiers have to solve. Any successful business sooner or later reaches the point of its development when the question of its value arises. In this regard, the value of the company, or rather the factors affecting it, become objects of management. The article presents an algorithm for assessing the value of business classical approaches, proposed methods for modeling future cash flows.
