The use of winter molds to create the initial material of spring triticale

The article presents the results of the use of improvised and transformed varieties of winter triticale as a starting material for the breeding of spring forms. As a result of reciprocal crosses of springized varieties of winter triticale Sudogda, Kornet, Doctrine 110, Ullubiy, Toledo with spring varieties of Vladimir selection, collection samples of VIR named after N.I. Vavilov, a promising hybrid material for breeding spring varieties for high productivity and stress resistance was obtained. By two-fold selection of spring plants from springized winter varieties during early spring sowing, spring transformants were selected as the starting material for breeding spring triticale.
