The using of "Perftoran" in the treatment of open fractures of long tubular bones in the acute phase of traumatic disease

The experience of application of perftoran in the treatment of open fractures of long tubular bones in the acute phase of traumatic disease is reflected in the article. Tension of oxygen in the area of injure has been studied by method of the polarography and the effectiveness of using the preparation has been studied too. Statements have been generated for application instructions the perftoran and guidelines have been generated for the management of patients in the acute phase of traumatic disease with the different degrees of gravity of open fractures. The using of perftoran promotes to reduce the hypoxia of affected soft tissues, that gives the opportunity to approach to the problem of elimination of wounds in the acute phase of traumatic disease differentially.
