The use of personal data as a condition that increases the level of public danger of a crime

The article analyzes the question of the possibility of recognizing as an aggravating circumstance the fact of using personal data for the purpose of committing a crime. It is concluded that it is necessary to take into account in each specific case other circumstances of the committed act.
