Artificial intelligence is being widely implemented in many spheres of society and production. Publications of recent years indicate that the tourism sector is a dynamic area that uses artificial intelligence tools to automate the processes of booking, registration, etc. This primarily has a positive impact on the quality of services provided, increases the competitiveness of travel companies. The article discusses the use of artificial intelligence platforms in the field of tourism. The reasons for the introduction of artificial intelligence in this area are considered. A study of the use of AI-based platforms in tourist products has been conducted. The types and structure of recommendation systems are considered, as well as the platforms used at the enterprises of the tourism sector are presented. Positive and negative are reflected.
