Using the polygraph: unanswered questions

The article discusses the actual problems of conducting and using the results of polygraphological studies in criminal proceedings. The issue of the possibility of considering the polygraph as a technical tool in the production in legal proceedings is analysed. The author develops and makes reasoned conclusion that it is premature to use results of polygraph in facilitating proof.
