Currently, in aquaculture there is a tendency to search for new approaches to the content of fish under the impact of environmental factors, based on the use of dietary supplements. One approach is based on normalization of altered microbial landscape of the body by adding in feed probiotic preparations [1]. Probiotics are products based on living organisms used for the correction of microbiocenosis in the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with dysbiotic conditions. Also probiotic products contribute to the post-stress adaptation (change in temperature, holding antibiotikoterapii, the use of chemotherapeutic agents and disinfectants), increasing the body’s resistance to pathogenic microorganisms [2]. It is established that application of probiotics has not only anti-infective and immunomodulatory effects on the body, but also prevents the penetration of bacteria, viruses, toxic substances and protects the body from the negative effects of the environment. The efficacy of probiotics is largely determined by the technology of production of these drugs. Modern technology is based on the improved survival of microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract and is the immobilization of bacteria on various fitosanitario [3]. One such remedy is a synbiotic Supplement «Scope» includes immobilized on the recommended to drink a therapist cultures of microorganisms Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus licheniformis, lactic acid bacteria, vitamins, amino acids and herbal extracts (Echinacea and milk Thistle). The article presents the results of applying the synbiotic Supplement «Space» in the productional feed for sturgeons. It is established that at cultivation of Russian sturgeon dvuhletki on the production feed supplemented with probiotics increase the fish-biological indicators of fish and improve morfologicheskikh blood counts. The optimal rate of entry of synbiotic additives in the composition of the production of fodder in commodity cultivation of sturgeon is 4 g/kg of feed. The proven effectiveness of the introduction of the composition of feed for sturgeon synbiotic preparation «Space» immunomodulatory effects of the increase in linear-weight growth of fish and improve blood counts.
