Process approach application in the course of formation of personnel material stimulation system at a regional distributive network company

The model for personnel material stimulation IDEFO and stages for its components implementation in the regional distributive network company OJSC «Mordovenergo», namely, personnel needs and motives, methods for satisfaction of needs and motives determination; motivation implementation; elaboration of legal basis for stimulation; rewarding; efficiency evaluation and personnel stimulation system correction, is presented in the article.
