Project-based approach to management development: international experience and Russian realities

The paper considers the value of work-based learning and in particular the role of «project based» methods of management training. Major requirements for successful use of such methods are discussed and the project-based approach is illustrated by reference to International business experience. The paper concludes by considering the suitability of the approach for Russian conditions.
