Use of the project approach to solving the problem of development of communicative competences of future organizers of work with youth

This paper addresses the problem of developing the communicative competences of the future organizer of work with young people. A practical solution to this problem using the project approach is given. The concept of the project on the organization of the debate club «Brainstorm» for organizers of work with youth on the basis of the department of sociology and organization of work with youth of the National Research University «BelSU» is presented. The description of the project social performance indicators is given.
