The results of recurrent repeated soybean regeneration in vitro are shown in the article. Two somaclonal populations, one of which is an initial form - soybean variety Hodson, another one is R86 (developed by organogenesis from tissue culture of cotyledonary node variety Hodson) were compared. The analysis of the variation coefficient number (V, %) of ten traits of the two populations of somaclonal lines was done. Regenerant lines determined on the complex of traits are under competitive variety trials at the soybean breeding department. Recurrent regeneration is the method of repeated screening of somaclones in order to improve forms on some traits.
