Results use of the regional innovation platforms activities for content design of non-formal advanced training of general education organizations teachers

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. The article substantiates the need to improve the system of non-formal advanced training by means of integration into innovation processes and emphasizes the role of regional innovation platforms and municipal methodological services in these processes. The author proposes a model of network interaction of subjects of innovation activity in the development of the content and implementation of non-formal advanced training of teachers of general education organizations in the region. The author analyzes scientific literature, statistical data, functions of municipal methodological services and regional innovation platforms to substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed model. The goal of the research is to develop a model for the organization of processes of network interaction between the activities of regional innovation platforms and municipal methodological services for: 1) development and implementation of innovative products in educational systems at the regional and municipal level; 2) designing the content of non-formal advanced training of teachers of general educational organizations. Methodology (materials and methods). The research was carried out on the basis of general scientific and particular scientific methods: modeling and theoretical construction of the object, analogy, hypothetico-deductive method, method of philosophical analysis, forecasting, scientific generalization, study and analysis of sources, scientific-metric analysis and interpretation of data, statistics, observation, comparison, monitoring, conceptualization of experience, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, etc.
